What is One B Wine (One Burgundy Wine Pte Ltd)?
One B Wine is a wine importer in Singapore, importing and distributing only Burgundy wines. We source, directly, wine appellations in Burgundy and we distribute to wholesalers but also individual clients who are looking for exceptional Burgundy wines.

How do we select the wine?
Having a wine family business in Beaune, it’s a great advantage to source the best wine producers in the region. We are doing wine tastings and if we are convinced, we bring them over to Singapore.

Can I taste the wine before ordering?
Unfortunately not as we don’t have any retail shop. However, our expert team will be delighted to guide you and make recommendations according to your taste and requirements.

Are prices include Duty & GST?
Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars, inclusive of Duty and GST (7%).

Are prices include delivery fees?
Local delivery charges are included in the prices already for a minimum order of 6 bottles.
If you prefer an Express delivery (same day delivery: 10AM to 6PM), there will be a extra charge of 25SGD.
If less than 6 bottles ordered, there will be an extra charge of 20SGD.
No deliveries on week-ends and public holidays.

I place an order online and then what will happen?
You will receive a confirmation order. Once the delivery date and timing is confirmed, you will receive your invoice.

What type of payment do you accept?
Payments must be made in full upon receipt of invoice.
You can pay via your credit card (extra fees will apply – details stated at the bottom of the invoice). You can also do a PayNow or bank transfer to the following account:

How long does it takes to receive my order?
Orders will be processed within 24 hours. If we have peak timing and getting late on processing orders, we will inform you.

What will happen if a bottle is broken when it arrives at my place?
No problem 🙂 Just call us (+6591803933) or send us an email (enquiry@onebwine.com) to inform us and we will replace it with your next order.

Once I received my order at home, can I change it?
Once you received the order confirmation and your order is delivered, you can’t change your order and we can’t take it back. You will have to keep it and pay your invoice as per your original order.

What happen if one bottle is corked?
Wine is a natural product like fruits & vegetables… Therefore, we will not replace your corked bottle.

If I want a wine appellation / producer which is not listed on the website, can you help me getting it?
With pleasure 🙂 If you register at the “Club”, we will be able to send you wine list which are not available to the public and difficult to have. So, feel free to fill in the form on the Tab “Club” and we will get back to you as soon as we have ‘special’ offers

Do you have old vintage wine appellations?
Yes, we have special ‘old vintage’ wine list available upon request. So, feel free to register at the “Club” and you will receive the latest ‘old vintage’ wine list.

What happen if I order wine which are ‘exceptional’ wines like Domaine de la Romanee Conti…?
For pre-released offers, your will be invoiced immediately upon confirmation of your order. Full payment must be made before shipping your order to Singapore. Your order will be subject to local taxes like Duty and GST. All those costs (freight, insurance, duty and GST, delivery) will be charged to you and must be paid prior to delivering your order at your home address.
