This vineyard is located at the southern end of Beaune’s appelation, next to Pommard. The soil is made out clay and limestone. Alex Brault in collaboration with One B Wine created this beautiful barrel.

Hand picked to preserve integrity of the grapes. Sorted twice in the vineyards and winery. Slow pressed to respect fruits. Aging in oak barrels between 12 to 15 months.
Should be served between 12 to 14 degree.
Mild fisges like halibut, salmon, cod, chicken or quail, vegetable tarte, mushroom soufle. Cheese: brie, morbier, cantal.
