The domaine is 140 years old. Based in Pernand Vergelesse, Christine Dubreuil is a woman winemaker who is so talented and charismatic! With more than 20 hectares, the Domaine has 20 appellations (white and red) from Bourgogne, to Village, Premier cru and Grand Cru.

The grapes are all hand-picked and sorted, then further triaged on a sorting table. For the whites, a bladder press is used (settling the juice for one day before barrel fermentation and a weekly batonnage until malolactic fermentation starts). New oak barrels are used up to 25% for the Village wines and up to 35% for the Grand Cru wines. For the red wines, there is a complete destemming before fermentation in large stainless steel barrels. There are 5 days of cold maceration and twice daily, pigege. Wines will be maturing for 12 to 14 months in their barrels before bottling.
Should be served between 14 to 16 degrees.
Beef tenderloin, duck breast, pigeon, lamb, pasta and risotto. Cheeses: comté, tomme, Brillat-Savarin.
