Domaine Lamarche has 11 hectares in Cote de Nuits, producing 14 different appelations including the La Grande Rue Monopole. Nicole Lamarche started working with her father in 2006 and since then she converted the domaine into biodynamic and organic wines. She changed the Domaine style to a more feminine and delicate touch in her wine making process. Now, she is one of the super star of Vosne Romanee.
The vineyards are meticulously managed. Grapes are hand picked and sorted both in vineyards and winery. The amount of new oak barrels have been reduced to create this delicate, elegant and refined touch with intenisty in the palate.
Should be served between 16 to 16 degree.
