The story of the Dampt family (3 brothers) is a modern epic tale made of encounters, perseverance and convictions. They started with just few parcels and now have a Domaine of 60 hectares, allowing them to offer 33 wine appellations. They have been implementing a ‘supervised’ control regime (‘lutte raisonee’) for more than 20 years, combining modern practices to produce wines with special character of their terroirs, making them unique and well balanced.

The Dampt brothers are very unique on making their wine appellations as they are using modern technics to keep this minerality (as their key success factors). They use malolactic fermentation, stainless steel barrels and oak barrels for the Grand Cru.
Should be served between 12 to 14 degree
Fois gras, lobster, scallops, prawns, fish, chicken. Cheeses: brie, comte, goat tomme, corsican cheeses.
