Volume/Bottle size:

Domaine Méo-Camuzet is based in Vosne-Romanée although – due to some clever work by the original founder, Etienne Camuzet – it has extensive holdings across the most sought after parts of the Côte-de-Nuits. The Domaine’s profile was elevated in the late 20th century by the involvement of Henri Jayer, who looked after the vines and made the wines for many years. Jean-Nicholas Méo is currently at the helm, making wonderfully elegant, fragrant Pinot Noir. The fruit is farmed organically for the most part, although not dogmatically so, allowing the domaine to treat for mildew and spray to prevent the onset of rot in difficult years. The result is impeccable purity and freshness and the wines certainly earn their place in our Burgundy range.

Little intervention is necessary as it's a strong natural concentration. The fermentations tends to be long drwan out which flavours natural extractions. New oak barrels which will give openess and roundness.
Should be served between 16 to 16 degree
Lamb in spicy sauces, roasted chicken, mushroom risotto, liver, kidney with a creamy sauce. Any type of cheese.
