Very intense red colour. On the nose, you will have raspberry, blackberry, wild mint and truffle. On the palate, the taste is masterful, rich, succulent, combining elegance and delicacy! It’s a wine appellation with long ageing potential. 

Volume/Bottle size:

9 generations of wine maker, located in a small village bewteen Gevrey Chambertin and Fixin. Since 2006, Raphael and Beatrice Dubois (brother and sister) are heading the Domaine of 21 hectares with 21 appellations in their portfolio. Raphael is in charge of Marketing and PR whereas Beatrice is in charge of monitoring the vines and the wine making process. Thanks to both of them, the domaine decided to be nore environmental friendly with minimal pesticides which results to waht consumers are today looking for.

The harvest is done manually and mechanically, depending on the plots and terroirs. Grapes are placed on a sorting table to remove leaves. The fermentation stage is controlled to enable the yeast to operate. The wines spend 15 to 18 months in oak barrels.
Should be served between 15 to 16 degrees.
It's a Grand Cru, so you can pair it with more elaborate dishes (made for special occasions) like white truffle pasta, beef with foie gras on top, any type of cheese or with chocolate desserts.
