Based in Savigny-lès-Beaune since 1880, they have a domaine of 22 hectares of vines mainly located in Savigny-lès-Beaune. This is a perfectly located village for the best Premiers Crus and Grand crus parcels. Since Patrick Bize passed away in 2013, his wife, Chisa and his sister, Marielle, took over and continued this quality-driven domaine. Their white and red wines are absolutely stellar! This domaine somehow remains a ‘best-kept secret’ in all of Burgundy!

The first step is to come as close as possible to the perfect timing for harvesting grapes to get this balance between acidity and ripeness. This will allow us to make precise, delicate wines while representing their terroirs. Clear lees are kept to nourish the wine through the barrel ageing period. Wines are aged between 10 to 16 months, depending on the appellation.
Should be served between 12 to 14 degrees.
Foie gras, lobster, langoustine, fish, chicken in a creamy sauce. Cheeses: Epoisses, blue cheese, old gouda, old parmigiano.
