Brilliant gold colour with delicate bubbles. Citrus and floral notes on the nose. Freshness, honey and toasty notes on the palate with a long length.
Up to 5 years.
The Blanc de Blanc comes from 80% Chardonnay and 20% Aligote grapes. Cold pressed, tank temperature controlled and a minimum ageing in bottle for 18 months.
Should be served between 6 to 8 degrees.
Fine and delicate as an aperitif. It goes well with seafood, selfish and sushi.
