Based in Marsannay, The Huguenot family have been working in vines since 1789. Today, they have a domaine of 23 hectares with mainly 3 main appellations: Marsannay, Fixin and Gevrey, from village to grand cru. Philippe and Valerie Huguenot decided to move the production to 100% organic (with certifications) and treat their terroirs like “Haute Couture” where everything is done by hand.

Deep ruby colour, complex bouquet and very rich aromas for a Village appellation. It expresses all the minerality of the calcareous soil. It’s an excellent price-quality ratio wine!

Best before:
As it's a Village appellation, you should drink it 'young' from 3 years to maximum 10 years.
Hand picked, harvested and selected. 12 to 15 months in oak barrels (medium burned).
Should be served between 13 to 15 degrees.
As it's a Cote de Nuits' wine (complex and rich), it's better to drink with red meats like beef/pork ribs, chop suey, cold cuts "charcuterie", stir fried vegetables
