Based in Marsannay, The Huguenot family have been working in vines since 1789. Today, they have a domaine of 23 hectares with mainly 3 main appellations: Marsannay, Fixin and Gevrey, from village to grand cru. Philippe and Valerie Huguenot decided to move the production to 100% organic (with certifications) and treat their Terroirs like “Haute Couture” where everything is done by hands.

Hand picked harvested and selected. 12 to 15 months in oak barrels (medium burned).

As it's a Cote de Nuits' wine (complex and rich), better to drink with red meats like beef or lamb, grilled tuna, stews.
