This small family domaine is located near Givry (Cote Chalonnaise). Since 2000, Fabrice Masse has been heading the domaine of 15 hectares with the great help of his uncle Roland Masse. Roland Masse used to be one of the best winemakers of the Hospices de Beaune, contributing to the success of the brand recognition of the Hospices worldwide. Now, Roland is helping Fabrice and conveying his know-how to the family domaine. That’s why I am such a big fan of their wines!

Please note that the label vintage could be different from the one that you buy.

Since 2003, Fabrice has been certified 'biodynamic' as he strongly believes that nature is taking good care of the vines and needs little interventions of organic fertilisers. Wines are manually harvested and matured in oak barrels (30% new).
Should be served between 12 to 14 degree
Fish in light sauce, white meats like chicken or rabbit. Cheeses: hard cheeses like Saint Nectaire or Cantal.
