L’Alambic Bourguignon (SAB’s) was created a few years ago by Mathieu Sabbagh who bought a mobile distiller. By doing so, Mathieu wanted to continue a Burgundy tradition as he moved his distiller from one producer to another, at the end of the harvest, to distil grapes and create delicate and elegant traditional French/Burgundy craft spirits.
