The Domaine has been in the family for 6 generations already. Now with more than 19 hectares, including the prestigious Premier Cru in Meursault, the domaine is well-known and recognised internationally mainly due to the charismatic Bernard Michelot (whom I had the chance to know when I was young, and my grandfather and Bernard were good friends and partied together a lot). Now, Bernard’s son-in-law has taken over and kept the same spirit and tradition.

Harvesting involves a manual selection of perfect grapes done at the cuverie. Grapes are lightly crushed before pressing. The maturation process is in oak barrels (15% of them are new barrels). Wines are kept in barrels between 16 to 18 months. If needed, fining and light filtration will take place before the bottling process.
Should be served between 12 to 14 degrees.
Foie gras, lobster, langoustine, fish (raw or cooked), prawns and chicken. Cheese: Epoisses, blue, aged cheeses.
