The Pernots are established in Puligny Montrachet for 4 generations, with a fabulous domaine of 23 hectares. This pretty, ‘undiscovered’ domaine owns amazing parcels of Premier Cru and Grand Cru appellations. Brothers Paul and Michel transformed the Domaine with delicate and refined wines and have a long time relationship with their clients. Now, Alvina (Michel’s daughter) is taking over the winemaking process. This promising new generation is bringing freshness and talent into their wines.

Most of the parcels are hand-harvested. The Pernots are waiting for the perfect moment to harvest, to retain freshness with healthy acids. Wines are barrel fermented and they play with a healthy amount of lees during the elevage to keep the wines complex, and reveal their own characteristics.
Should be served between 12 to 14 degrees.
